Cooper Test

The first week of the year so let's do something a little different; a Cooper Test!
It's as simple as you can get; run as far as you can in 12 minutes.
Find somewhere flat enough, you can warm up (and probably should) but record the run from a cold start and stop on 12 minutes dead.
Pacing is important, as you're looking to cover a maximal distance.
See how far you get and keep the distance for the next time you do the test to see if you've improved.
