Relaxed Running

Something different for this week's training session!
On your runs this week, focus on being relaxed.
Try to be springy in your steps, if you feel yourself striking the ground, or your footsteps are loud, then try to tread more lightly.
If bits of your body feel in tension imagine breathing into them and as you breathe out you're breathing out that tension, leaving yourself supple and relaxed.
As you run lightly with a spring in your stride simply lean forward more and allow yourself to land more onto the middle or front of your foot and up your cadence.
Do this as much as you can on your runs this week.
