Anaerobic training!

So for this week in our #trainingsessions, I had loads of ideas about great sessions but then my watch suggested this (you will need to modify the pace for your thresholds):


You'll need a long warm-up, say 15 minutes, easy with varied pace.

Run hard for 1 minute when you find breathing challenging or fast and cannot talk.

Recover for 3 minutes jogging.

Repeat that 8 times, cry a little and then jog back in for at least 10 minutes!
